I marinated raw potatoes in oil and forgot to put them in the fridge. The lid was closed. Can I still throw them in the oven and eat them?

what is the dark thing?

Can you eat… the dark spots are a natural process when peeled potatoes too long in the air oxidizes the surface and becomes brown.

No, you just don’t need to be so beautiful when you want to cut the dark places away.

The dark is the potato starch, there’s air coming. It’s not bad, but it doesn’t look nice, I’d cut it off. Yeah, you can eat them.

Yeah, you can eat them anyway.

I don’t know what the dark is on the picture. Spice? Speck?

Edit. When magnifying, they look very special. How long were they outside? Did you cut them with a non-rusted knife? In doubt, I would go after the appetite if they looked at you strangely, I would dispose of them.

What was supposed to be blurred and then overnight and only punctual and so dark. They’re some pieces on it.

Not the slices…..the dark on the potatoes, the RIESEN stains. Moreover, the FS did NOT write when he oiled them and how long they confessed,

😂 Yes, I did, but I only saw on the phone when I went to the magnification…
