Roaccutane dosage for severe acne?

Good evening,

I've had very severe acne since puberty, starting on my forehead, now spreading to my back and I'm slowly getting fed up with it.

Finally, my doctor prescribed me Roaccutane at a dosage of 0.5mg per kg of body weight.

Does anyone have experience with Roaccutane? Is 20mg daily a good dosage?

Gives a picture of my back

The dosage is usually in the supplemental text. Roaccutane is indexed for acne conglobata, ie acne with abscess formation that cures scarring. This is already mentioned when an acnealing with an abscess is present. Acnealing is the result of inadequate treatment. In the given case, you might have started earlier. (if I can judge this on the photo).

The doctor wants to know what he's doing. If it's not better after 4-6 weeks, it can adjust your therapy.

If you drive down the testosterone, the skin will also be better.

Too much testosterone promotes acne and hair loss.

Then, of course, you have increased your testosterone with exercise too much.

I'd leave.

You do too much sport for muscle building…

And the pose has been necessary to show the acne? I don't want to subdue, but I often see such backs in fitness for people who "help" in muscle building
