Right of return if the price is incorrect?
I need a little help. I sold someone an item worth about €3 through a trade offer in a Steam game, but the item listed in his purchase request was about €100. (He made a mistake in naming the price.) Since I sold it to a trading bot, the owner of the trading bot wanted my money back. Do I have to give it back to him, even though it was clearly his fault?
Without going into the law: what would you do if it were different? Just give it back and good. What you don’t want to do, don’t hurt anyone else! Old proverb!
He may contest the contract for error. Must be a judge in doubt.

Yes. External calculation error 🙂
The buyer could contest the contract according to BGB for error.
Give him the money back and is good.
