I have 3 fans in my PC that have lights that are also connected with an RGB cable.
I can turn this off in the BIOS, I've already tried ICue but no success so far.

Wenn du damit meinst, das die am Mainboard angeschlossen sind, dann:
Lade dir die hauseigene mainboard RGB Software runter. (Kommt auf deinen Mainboard Hersteller an).
Als Alternative soll Signal rgb ganz gut sein, das kann wohl mit allen RGB Elementen arbeiten, hab ich selbst aber nie getestet.
Aber wenn du die im BIOS abschalten kannst, sollten dort aber auch die Farben eingestellt werden können.
