  • Vegetable omelettes (only from egg and everything you have on)
  • Fruit with yogurt and honey or nutmeg
  • Vegetable sticks with Quarkdip (square with water make creamy and splash with curry powder/bone blue)
  • Protein bars
  • Knäckebrot (or other bread) with quark and light lining (sinks, light cheese, cucumbers…)
  • Rice wafers, maize wafers

these are my favorites, maybe what’s for you 🙂
