Japchae!

My recipe:

Simply small chopped garlic with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil and1⁄2Stir brown sugar into a bowl. Then either cut meat (rib fillet) or as in my case vegetarian meat substitute 75g into thin strips and do in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of marinade and pepper and leave for about 15 minutes. After that you take an egg and shake it with some salt.1⁄2Heat sunflower oil in a pan and add the egg. Then you burn the 1 to 2 minutes, take it out and let it cool. Then halve, roll up and cut into very narrow straps. Then simply cut onion, paprika and carrot also into thin strips and, depending on how sharp you like it, cut chillishote into rings. Cut 75g Shiitake Pillow into thin slices. Then heat some leaf spinach (75g) in the pan with a little sunflower oil at the highest level until the leaves collapse. Then simply spice into a bowl with 1 TL soy sauce and 1 TL sesame oil. Then heat the residual sunflower oil in the same pan and cook the vegetables softly at medium level. Then simply put it in a bowl with spinach and add another 1 TL sesame oil and 1 TL soy sauce. The marinated beef fillet strips then roast in the pan for about 2 minutes and then add to the remainder. Then you cook 75g of glass noodles, pour them off and cut them small with scissors and put them back into the pot, you add the rest of the marinade and stir it until the noodles have taken up the marinade. Then simply put everything in a bowl, season with pepper, add sesame and then arrange.

The recipe is for 2 servings.

Add tomatoes, garlic olives, onions and herbs, add a shot of olive oil to it and into the oven.

Vegetables with garlic dip.

Bake pumpkin in slices and red onions in columns, with tahin and roasted pine nuts.

Snashed Potatoes with Dip.

Salads always go.

By the way, I’m a meat lover, but it’s neither cheap nor fast. Unless you have filet or steak.

Every Italian will hate me for it:

Pizza rolls

Half the rolls and get inerres / squeeze the ne mulde.

Ketchup/tomat sauce and vegetables pure as you choose.

Cheese on it and fry about 5 min from both sides in the pan. So that the cheese does not stick to the pan sticks backpacker between cheese and pan.

Bon appetit

Furnace potatoes: Quarter potatoes, a bit of oil and spices over it, possibly a bit of lemon juice and off into the oven.
