Rex rs450 defective?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently having problems with my Rex and it won't start. I've tried absolutely everything, like changing the carburetor, changing the spark plug, charging/changing the battery, starter fluid and countless other things. Now the following scenario: when I hold down the electric starter and combine it with the gas, only the electric starter sounds and the engine itself remains silent. However, I accidentally found out that if you pour petrol into the intake manifold or where the carburetor sits and try to start the scooter, the engine actually starts but only for a short time until the petrol in the hole runs out. My guess is that the engine isn't getting any petrol for some reason or I've wired something wrong on the carburetor. Can anyone confirm this or show me how to check it or are there other reasons that could be related to this kind of engine behavior? I would be very grateful, I'm really getting desperate with this thing.

Thank God I'm getting a Peugeot Speedfight 2 soon and hopefully I won't have any problems with it.

Thanks in advance

What is it? could:

adjustment or replacement of the interrupter; cleaning of the tank(grey pollution); gasoline filters also clean or replace the tank; Exhaust system for coking.

Vacuum hose from the gasoline valve leaks – so the gasoline valve does not open and consequently no gasoline flows into the gasifier…

This can happen to you with every scooter…

It may be enough to shorten the hose a little…

Is gasoline coming out of the gas hose when you suck on the vacuum hose?

The best way to use a glass…

The vacuum hose must not be continuous…

Man must be able to say it until a resistance comes – at the moment the cock is on…

Gasoline must not pass through the vacuum hose, otherwise the cock is defective…

So, if you suck at the vacuum hose, it’s quite normal that you think he’s cloged, that’s so…

The gasoline line, on the other hand, has to be continuous when you suck at the vacuum hose to the resistance…

Therefore – let in and fill with petrol and then suck at the right hose…

You have the mistake: carburetor clogs. will also be able to happen to you with any other vehicle.

Okay, there’s no gasoline in the combustion chamber. Look the vacuum gasoline valve with hoses..
