Hey people,
I'm planning on buying a 50cc scooter from a good friend soon, but we've never done that before. He has all the vehicle documents, service book, etc. My question is, do I have to change the name on the papers when I buy them, or does it make no difference and I can just register the scooter with his name on the papers and drive it?

There is no vehicle license at 50ccm where you are registered, there is only one vehicle certificate…the insurance is a license that is always valid for 1 year until the end of February…you don’t need to re-close because the scooter is insured until February, so you need to inform the insurance you are now the driver.
