rewrite English text?
Hey, I need a little help 🙈 I really enjoy writing, but mostly in English because I can write better that way. I don't have the right words for German.
I wrote a little birthday text for my boyfriend that I really need to finish, but it's in English. Would someone be so kind and paraphrase it into German for me? Not in a translated format – I've already tried – but in a way that a teenage boy can understand! Today is a special day, my love. From the day I met you, I knew that I was lucky to have such an amazing partner by my side. As we celebrate your birthday, I can't help but feel grateful for the wonderful person that you are. The way you light up a room, your infectious laugh, and your unwavering kindness are just a few of the things that make you so extraordinary. I don't know what I did to deserve you, but I am thankful every day that we found each other.
On this special day, I wish you all the happiness that life has to offer.

Today is a special day. From the first day I knew that I really appreciated myself as a great person as to have you on my side. Now for your birthday, I still can’t be different from looking forward to being as you are. Your contagious laughter, your unfinally good beings and your ability to light up a space only with your presence make you so special. I don’t know how, but I’m grateful we found ourselves.
