Return to the seller amazon?

Hey, I had these packages sent to a parcel station and then I saw this… what does this mean and what do I do now? Will I get my package, or where did it go? And if not, will I get my money back?

The status indicates that you are not yet fully verified for the packaging station.

Only when it looks like in the post app as in the screenshot, you can send shipments directly addressed to the packing station.

The packages are therefore returned to the seller and you will receive the purchase price again (if it is serious).

What shop was that? In the case of a serious consignor (Amazon), this is acted as a revocation. I don't know about others – you should ask the sender. It may be that the consignor insists on the purchase contract and sends the package once again after payment of the required shipping costs.
Until then, the verification for the packing station should be done, otherwise it will be nothing again.

I have exactly the same problems and my package has been sent back to the seller. But my customer account in the DHL app is verified and I have already picked up packages via the pack stations and it looks just as much as on your picture. I don't understand the problem…

Amazon just pays back. Your own experience.

It means that the package has been sent back to the seller. This can have various reasons. For example: wrong address, wrong name etc.

Either the seller sends his package back or you should get your money back.
