He simply offered us to contact the manufacturer to request an inspection during the repair. In short, the employee didn't accept the item back.
Today, December 16, 2020, we spoke to the top manager at Real, and he said the same thing the employee offered us and said there is no 14-day return policy for this product!
We have now sent the goods to the manufacturer via Real for inspection.
Do we have the right to a direct return since the goods were purchased just a week ago?
