Return policy at Müller?

Hi everyone, I bought a PS4 DualShock controller from Müller yesterday. I'm not really getting along with the controller when gaming (on PC). Overall, it doesn't fit my hands properly, and I prefer my PS5 DualSense. Can I still return it? I have the original packaging and the receipt, of course. "There are no visible signs of damage or wear on either the controller or the packaging." Thanks in advance, guys 🙂

In the shop itself there is no right of return for the reason.
If that would be more a cunning, but that often happens as the employee is.

But in the normal case, you’re sitting on the device.

Therefore you only order online trading

Hi.

pack it up and try it out. They don’t have to take him back.

There’s no right to return to store.

You can also take it back.

On site there is only the chance to decide how far the employee at the front or to get the market leader, you will see.

There is a 14-day right of return in online trading, as you can’t even see the goods before sale.

Then you can only hope for the success of the dealer!

The dealer is not obliged to withdraw goods that have already been removed from the original packaging or have already been used. If the goods were found to be defective or faulty, a trader would withdraw the goods, where the manufacturer’s warranty would be more effective, in the case of Sony.

Since the controller only did not correspond to your ideas, and is not defective, the dealer is not obliged to withdraw this controller.

The 14 right of return applies only to online or catalogue purchases.

Just go and ask if you can give it back. If you have ordered it online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Please don’t tell that bullshit. This right exists only in the case of distance sales, not in the case of stationary trade!

You just copied half the sentence. presumably to mecker.

The whole

That’s right. The FS bought it offline is only in the supplement and he came after Thomasg replied.

I’m sorry.

“If you have ordered it online”, please read the whole sentence.

Yeah, sure, you know what happened to me…

By the way, I often read overflying and noticed the word “right of return” because I constantly have to explain the shit to customers and that this applies only to remote sales, I react to it. I simply did not see this before.

No matter how subduing you want to be here.

I urge you not to give me any more lies, because I can’t do that at all and I find it highly offensive.

The batch was set before 1 h 18 min

It wasn’t about that until you mentioned it, I saw it as little as the answerer.

That you’re reading whole sentences may happen. But if you are copied by a whole sentence, only half, the Pure intention is.

The batch was set before 1 h 18 min. Thomasg replied 1h 9min, so could not see that.

Gorgeous submission, only completely wrong. The real reason was too superficial reading. Something you can blame yourself for, otherwise you know that:

“Hey here’s an excuse.”

It happened an hour ago.

On site you can only hope for the culmination of the dealer, so go with the packaging, the controller & content + cash bonus and ask. If you can’t expect it, the dealer doesn’t have to accept it.

Sure, depends on the size of the market, the franchisee and the article. Since I don’t know the market or the owner, you just have to try.

In stationary trade: this is a cunning decision of the market, i.e.: go and ask…
