Hello, I'm currently considering returning my MacBook and buying another laptop instead. However, I've only been using the MacBook for about 11 days. Can I still return it, or is it just bad luck?

If it is a new device, you as a consumer have the right to return it within 14 days without giving any reason, thus exercising your right of withdrawal ( cf. Sections 355 and 312g of the German Civil Code ). You would need to reset the product to return it. The device must be unlinked from your Apple ID, and all settings and data must be deleted. You can then place the device in its original packaging, request a return (if applicable), and return the device to the seller/provider. The purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method after delivery of the goods.
