Return DM items without packaging?

Hey, I bought a BB cream at dm two days ago. The BB cream doesn't do what it's supposed to, so I'd like to return it. The problem is, I have the receipt, but the cream came in a cardboard box, and I don't have that anymore. Can I still return the cream? P.S. It's supposed to conceal, but it doesn't.

the info I forgot

Here you can be helped:

BB-Creme is a product that focuses primarily on the skin, that is, it should moisturize, light, protect or matte the skin . thinner Deck force as a foundation.

So you didn’t even know why you bought a BB cream!

You should have bought a makeup.

Who should buy your broken cream?

Apart from the fact that products need at least 6 weeks to perform, DM will probably show up kulant.

No more. You can’t take it back with your ticket.

But you already used it. For hygiene reasons, they would have to throw them away.

And there are no miracles that can change your entire face after 2 days.

That’s just the culmination of the DM market.

You say the cream doesn’t do what she wants?!

A cosmetic must be used throughout at least 21 to 28 days until an effect occurs. The skin renewal process takes so long. Only if an undesired reaction occurs immediately, for example, allergy.

The cream is already used, so it is nix with the exchange!

That’s just a cream. So if they didn’t cost more than 20€, you can still get it or 🥴

How expensive was the cream that you can’t hurt that? Do you think DM can sell it? They land in the garbage.

It is hardly to be expected that a drugstore will take back a broken, i.e. already used, cosmetic item, just because you believe that the manufacturer’s advertising promises do not correspond to the facts.
