Return address?

Hey,

Since I (soon) run an online store without a warehouse or office, the question naturally arises as to how to handle returns. I would be reluctant to provide my own address for customers to return packages there. Is there a way to disguise this? Can I also give the customer my local post office as the return address, so that all packages are sent there, and I can then pick them up?

Many thanks and best regards.

Hello GtEn2002324,

You might want to see BPM-LUX or a similar service.

There you can get an address for 5 euros a month to which you can send packages (and of course also returns). After a package has been received, you can still decide whether it is worth having the package forward or whether you can simply destroy it.

Many greetings and great success!

Sounds very disgusting. Probably dropshipping is intended as a commercial model. Since you also have to pay taxes, customer contact with an addresse is necessary. Just to offer a reputable seller/buyer contact. In the imprint of your online shop, a company address or DEINE contact address is of course to be maintained.

Since you want to sell something to the customer and at the same time want to conceal your identity and thus deny the possibility of a reasonable return The True in the approach, you are negotiating in such a case or in such cases in fraudulent intention.

Under these circumstances, there will be no technical work.

What happened to your business?

Otherwise, however, you need to be careful about the returns, as if not every customer sends back via DHL. DHL package shops do not accept letters and not DHL packages.

If you are under 18, it will become generally difficult, as you first need the consent of your parents, a certificate of safety of the school, a business plam and a conversation with the competent family court, then you can only be appointed by the family court for your Fima as viable. In other areas, however, you remain limited.

As a return address, you can, of course, specify your nearest postal branch or a packing station.

Packing station is only possible from 18 and DHL tests the age when the pack station is unlocked very accurately by means of a postal identifier or address identifier.

OK, I’ve assumed that the questioner is 18. Thank you for your advice.

Everyone can send to a branch. Pick up there is only possible with an ID card. If there are too many returns (especially in fashion), DHL might refuse to deliver to the branch. It should be possible for the start.

An online store without office and warehouse, I imagine difficult or even impossible.

You need to specify your address anyway, this is a duty to have imprints.

Then take a packing station for returns.

Not possible for minors

You must have an imprint. Otherwise you’re ours. So you have a company seat. And then you can supply goods – and your mail.

However, your headquarters is where you operate the company. You’ll be there when you work. And there everything can be delivered.

I’ve been looking at this because it’s interested in me and I don’t think it’s easy, but it’s not my opinion.

I don’t know if you know all this from the following link.
