I bought a men's watch on eBay from a dealer in India. It broke after a month and couldn't be repaired because it was a fake. I agreed with eBay that I would return the watch. I did so within the deadline at my own expense. The dealer didn't accept the shipment, and therefore eBay didn't refund me. If you get a fake watch, you have to go to the police and deal with them. In that case, the prosecutor has to correspond to india and of which the money has to be called back by a court order in your interest, or something similar.
