Restore Intenso USB stick data?

who really knows what they're talking about?

I tried to connect my phone to a USB stick to save photos from my phone.

I think that's when the catastrophe happened and all of my extremely important data was lost because it somehow didn't work. I'm also having problems charging my phone, for example, because the plug where it goes in doesn't work properly. I suspect that this might have something to do with the fact that it was disconnected and reconnected several times?

I couldn't get to the data at all because, as I said, the plug didn't stay plugged in. Then I tried it on my old phone and saw that all the files were gone.

How do I get back to it? Please only reply if you really know what you're doing and can help me…this data is practically vital…10 years of important memories
