Resin print keeps coming off the plate?
Hi,
I have an Elegoo Saturn 3 and use the Anycubic Basic Resin in grey.
Now I'm constantly having the problem (even with a completely different resin) that the print keeps coming loose at the corners. I've leveled it countless times (this is my third printer, I definitely did it right), checked the Z-axis (no play), and completely disassembled the plate (no abnormalities), and I still can't get rid of the problem.
Settings:
bottom layer: 5 at 40 seconds
normal layer: 0.05 mm at 2.6 seconds
Light-Off delay: 1 second
When trying to loosen the front screw, I noticed several times that it was almost loose, as if it were coming off during printing because the plate was moving. Is it the clamping sleeve or the screw? Neither has any marks, dents, etc.
It can't be the size of the print, because it worked just a few weeks ago.
Thanks in advance for answers.
I’ve got the old Elegoo Mars and I’ve cut my record since that I’ve never had any liability problems again.
Only easy to grind with 1000 sandpaper to make it a little rough.
Meanwhile, I glued magnetic plates in between. They gave them to Sovol. But I also ground the metal plates.
Of course, the screw must not be released. I’d definitely keep an eye on that. If she gets dressed correctly, she can’t get loose.
Or replace the screw. It should be in the building market.
