Reset Windows 7 to factory settings?
Hi everyone, can anyone tell me if I can reset Windows 7 to factory settings on my old laptop without losing my Cubase program? I got Cubase later. Thanks for the reply.

Would it be legal to load movies from a DVD onto a USB stick via a PC in order to watch the movie on a laptop that doesn't have a DVD player?
I have the Thrustmaster t248. https://www.amazon.de/Thrustmaster-Rennlenkrad-Magnetische- Schaltwippen-Renninformation-Schwarz/dp/B09LMTBXGG/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2VLVI956DP9V6&keywords=t248+xbox&qid=1687582515&sprefix=%2Caps%2C176&sr=8-1
No, I can’t. But you can just reinstall Cubase after resetting?
I can at least try this program (from Steinberg) for a long time and I’m not on the Steinberg website anymore, but I’m trying it NOCH, that’s what it was, I thank you many times and all the best!
So you can always reinstall Cubase.
Cubbase would have to be reinstalled, otherwise it will be deleted.
No chance… “work settings” usually means “all new”. Unless it’s different in the corresponding manual (possibly after googling to the computer).
Is there an emergency solution?
Don’t you dare. Question: Why reset?
Earlier dates are of course, but there is no difference. Programmes but this is purely time-oriented. So there were problems, malware from before the Cubase installation did not get away.
Actually, not really for an urgent reason, I just thought for “cleaning reasons” if too many things were loaded down in the background, but is not really “life-important”; then perhaps reset to the state of an earlier time?
