Reset FritzBox without phone, computer and laptop?

I received my internet connection from Telekom today, and I've already connected my router. The router doesn't appear to be new (I bought it refurbished). I was told I need to reset my Fritzbox, but I'm having a bit of trouble with it. I don't have a phone with which to reset it, nor do I have a computer/laptop. I'm a little confused by what's online and wanted to ask if anyone knows of a good website that explains this properly.
Or knows from your own experience how something like this works.

You need a PC or laptop, preferably with LANKABEL.
You can connect to the WLAN, but whether you get DANN to the user interface is a 50/50 chance.
I assume you know the 3 possible accesses? (ip address), otherwise googles please.
In the normal case, you should also get access in WLAN.
Then you have the access data.
Skip wizards and enter your data.
If you can post here, you have a device?! Or is the WLAN key not going?
If you come to the Fritzbox GUI with the mobile, a certain time after the Fritzbox restart is a link for a factory reset. Ggf. Fritzbox ca. Separate 15s from the power and plug it in again.
Otherwise, ask people who have a fixed-line telephone or a LAN computer.
