Requirements for studying medicine?

I want to study medicine and would like to know the requirements for medical studies. I passed my Abitur with 98% and completed my bachelor's degree in physiotherapy.

When consulting university start, you can ask how to increase your chances of a study site with the right prioritization.

The general prerequisite (General Abitur) is fulfilled.

A university can give you the most accurate information. As a rule, you need a very good Abitur and the great Latinum.

In Germany you don't need a Latin.

The young people should be properly informed.
In fact, sometimes there are changes in the rules, then you have to update. ;

You don't have it easy on GF, here you'll meet better-wisser!

Latinum is not an admission requirement. Depending on the university or study plan, however, a terminology examination or a supplementary examination (which are significantly lower than the Latinum in any case).

The other day, I was told that you had to have it in Austria.

You don't come behind…. 😉

In Austria already. In this respect, your hint is kind of fitting. 😁

Hi.

Have you completed a degree?

Then you need to apply as a secondary student (if you want to study in Germany). There is a separate application procedure in which the Abitur itself is no longer important. Instead, the performance in initial studies and the written reason why you want to start your studies. A ranking is created according to a point system and then the places are awarded.

Please have in mind that very few places (about 3%) are available for second students.

A little further down on the page, you will find more information under "Application for a Second Study":

Someone who has an Abi and Bachelor should be able to look at Google under what conditions you can study medicine in which country.
