Hi! For electronic extracts a monthly extract is usual. You can’t even ask for an excerpt “only for today” because it’s not created so simply.

However, you can get a status of today in online banking or create a sales query at any time.

Question is, what you need and what it needs.

I’m with another online bank. You can see the sales profile there, that would be very strange if it didn’t work at the Sparkasse. And in a corner is a printing function that can also be used to make it a PDF. They should also offer something like this when they have arrived technically in our decade.

Unless you do this on your phone and don’t have a PC available. That’s stupid. I don’t understand.

Don’t you have a bank card? If so just go to the next branch, and there is a machine where you can get account extracts, at the switch that should also go, otherwise if nothing works Contact a consultant, the name and number you will most often find on your Sparkassen app! Good luck:)

As a standard, the Sparkasse provides only one monthly extract online – for daily extracts it would be necessary to make an agreement (possibly not possible with private persons) – otherwise the Revenue – it can always be printed/downloaded.

Log in to your online banking. Call off the account statement and print it at home at the local printer.

Alternatively: send the digital account extract as PDF by e-mail to those who requested it.

For that, you have online banking to make it so easy for yourself from home.

If you need one from now on, just take a screenshot.

I understand the problem, honestly, not. If you have online banking, you can display the account movements online. You take a screenshot and print it out, an account extract is basically nothing else.
