Repotting rubber tree/rot?

- Question: what diameter should the next pot have for replanting
- Question: which soil is best for the rubber tree
- Question: Is this rot/mold in the soil

Green plant soil from good garden centers is suitable because no flowers are formed.
No mold – lime from casting water.
The pot size should be about 3 cm larger than the previous pot.
