Replace Birdlamp with a normal lamp?

My parrots destroyed my bird lamp. I still have the light bulb. Since a new bird lamp costs about €80 and isn't particularly well-made, can I buy a regular floor lamp and screw the old bulb in? Would that still emit UVA and UVB radiation, or do I really need the original?

Why wouldn’t that go?

The advantage of the broken lamp was probably just a reflector that radiates the light more specifically.

In the reptile requirement there are reflectors with E27 fasces, which are very robust and usually also have a protective grid.

I had Kongo gray parrots, they were allowed to go outside to the mobile enclosure. If the animals are okay, let those lamps go. Mostly only sniff coal. In reptiles these additional lamps make sense. My personal opinion.

How far you can only use the pear, no idea
