Repeated WiFi interruptions with new FritzBox?

I bought a new 5590 Fiber. I'm currently still using it via WAN with Starlink. The Starlink router was deactivated using bypass mode. I'll also be getting fiber optic later, which is why the 5590 is already there. The old 4020BX doesn't support Gbit LAN. What's also new, I think, is that with the 4020 all devices were on 2.4 GHz. With the new router, some are on 5 GHz and the older devices are on 2.4 GHz. The connection is always good via LAN. I notice that the internet is gone on my cell phone, but the WiFi symbol is still there. However, nothing loads anymore; if I quickly reconnect it with a click, it works again. The others in my family say it's only for a short time for them and it reconnects by itself. My sister says she's being kicked out of Roblox. The old FritzBox never had this problem. The old FritzBox was always on its own, meaning no adapters or anything else. The new one is now Mesh Master, and I connected the old one via LAN as a Mesh Repeater. We all have different phones: my sister has an iPhone 13, my dad has a Samsung A20e, I have a Samsung A32 4Gv, and my mom has a Samsung M21.

I bought a new 5590 fiber currently I use it via WAN with Starlink the Starlink router was disabled with the Bypass Mode. Later, glass fibers also come to 5590.

You can’t keep Wi-Fi adequately apart from the Internet – so much is certain. Your question is lt. Title about WLAN, right? ♂️ ♂️

I therefore do not give the rest of this unreadable text wall.

And there’s the problem.
Wi-Fi is not internet.
As @ has already emphasized, your knowledge is more of a laie ́n.
Before complaining about the inadequate Wi-Fi connection, as many people here do, who have little or only poor knowledge, it would be advisable to familiarize themselves with the basics of WLAN and its functioning.

As a rule, such questions prove to be meaningless or self-explanatory.

There are many things that can affect the WLAN signal, including mirrors, reflective materials and routers that are not properly positioned.
Just as the older device only deal with the 2.4GHZ and only some with the 5GHZ, and that does not have to do with whether the device is new or not.

The majority of users only use the factory settings of their router. This may initially be sufficient, but in the case of WLAN interruptions or insufficient speed, an examination of the subject of WLAN should take place in order to make adjustments where appropriate.

It seems to me unwise to complain about WLAN while at the same time you do not have any knowledge about the Internet and its basics.

On the subject of self.
It is probably more of the surroundings or perhaps where the router stands.
If you’re using repeaters, the problem is more likely to look there.

No – is not of interest – so your self-assessment is not true.
I didn’t talk about “adequate” from “not even”. 🤷

If you want to use a modern mesh network, I would do without the Fritzbox 4020 on your network. It is so old and supports only the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, so it probably causes more problems than supporting the WLAN network.

Try what happens when you leave the Fritzbox 4020 completely. Does it work without problems? If so, you could then get a current Fritz repeater to extend the range.
