Renault Clio 3 no MOT due to emissions and oil leaks?

Hello!

I have a Renault Clio III Grandtour (1.2 petrol, 55 kW, 75 hp, engine type: D4F D7, year of manufacture: 2008). The car has always been (and still is) regularly serviced. Unfortunately, it hasn't received a MOT because:

– the exhaust emissions are poor

– a "heavy engine oil loss" is observed

We noticed some oil on the valve cover (where the gasket is located). We cleaned off the oil everywhere and tightened the bolts. There was also some oil in the air filter. The air filter was replaced. Could this also solve the exhaust problems? I filled the tank with two bottles of catalytic converter cleaner, then drove about 50 km at high revs. We added "Visco-Stabil" to the engine oil.

The throttle valve was also cleaned because the speed fluctuated slightly.

There are no errors according to the OBD diagnostic device.

What do you think could be the problem and what would be the solution?

Im Luftfilter darf kein Öl sein. Punkt.
