Vielen Dank 🙂

The picture of the radio could have saved you; the cabling should have been big!

Question: Have the rear speakers already worked? Was the automatic antenna connected to the old radio? Did you check the Fader settings of the “new (so new does not look like this)”? Is it certain that the second pair of boxes is not defective in the “new”?

You see: Your questioning leaves a lot of air up!

“The old one was the automatic antenna. I’m not sure about the old ones,” so if you need help. You also read what you write back – because that is a contradiction in itself!

There are vehicles that have a small additional amplifier for the rear boxes (e.g. Audi A3…). This additional amplifier is controlled via the antenna line; is not connected, the boxes remain mute. Furthermore, the radio reception is frequently also very strongly restricted because the antenna foot (amplifier) is optionally not supplied.

If you have no experience with the radio exchange, you should also connect everything that was connected before – because without reason it was not connected before! The automakers are now even saving the two double wires behind the installation locations of loudspeakers, if there are no one in the factory. Just like the line for the automatic antenna: If there is no reason, the line is not in either.

Furthermore, you write something about any found clamps…?? If the rear boxes have worked before then they will definitely work again if you connect everything as before. But if you only connect what you mean it will be hard!

And what else: You wait first for the answer before you write something new here!

What is now unfortunately already too late for the future can save a lot of trouble: BEVOR You go to electrics with multiple cables – car or anything else – IMMER make several pictures of different directions big and sharp! This goes fast, easy and helps out as well as always! If necessary, the old part, according to pictures, is closed again as before – and can then plan a second start better! And: Make yourself an exact IST stand before, because if you come with it now, you don’t know if the rear speakers have already gone – then you can’t help. For these things lie to the questioner, and it makes no sense from the outside to take a long time off with any troubleshoots, and then to come to the conclusion: They’ve never been able to go because there’s not even cables. This annoyance is quite common on the side of the respondent, and if the questioner does not take care of the preparation of his screwdriving in advance, it is unfortunately often said that workshop is going or looking for another person who then looks at it on site. Sorry, much success continues and a happy one!

On the picture you can’t see what you want to connect to where and how to what “stifs”. Take pictures of the ominous pins and the ISO plugs.

Your radio has a normal ISO plug. The pins in the plug can be released with a special tool.
