As the eggs stick to the algae, it’s easiest to get the algae out with the eggs.
If they stick under the grid what is to be seen in the picture, I would recommend sucking it off with a pond vacuum. In most cases, a vacuum cleaner can be borrowed in the garden centers or pond shops.
