Hi, since I can only find half-hearted tutorials on YouTube, I'm trying my luck here.
Does anyone know how to easily remove the carburetor throttle without causing damage? There's a cable tie around my carburetor. Should I tear it off or cut it? What else do I need to consider?

I wouldn’t cut the throttle. Most of them are the ones that’s what’s going on. And remember your license expires.
