Remote job without prior knowledge and without making phone calls?

Hello,

My girlfriend, a media design student, is looking for a part-time job that she can do entirely from home alongside her studies.

She doesn't like talking on the phone and could imagine working in chat support, for example. Unfortunately, we only find offers from flirt/erotic websites in this category.

Does anyone have another idea for a suitable job that requires little or no phone calls and, ideally, no sales? Or does anyone know of reputable providers we could contact? Perhaps someone else has a completely different idea?
