This seems to be a bistable relay. The "S" stands for set, the "R" for reset.

A counterpart to an electronic RS element that can store a state.

In each case, with a pushbutton, from which the plus can be brought briefly to the pins 1 or 2. In order to close the circuit, the pins 15 and 16 must then be switched to reduce the power supply.

Because of this question, I assume that you still have few to no electrical knowledge?
