Relativ schnell satt/lange satt?
Wieso ist es so das ich sehr lange satt bin bin bzw sehr schnell satt werde?

Hallo ich habe ein Problem ich bin 1,70m 70Kg ich habe ein sehr dickes Gesicht mit viel fett dran ich gehe seit 1 2 Monaten ins fitness für den Muskelaufbau und wollte mal fragen kann man ohne abnehmen gesichtsfett oder Allgemein fett verlieren und Muskeln behalten wenn nicht dann wollte ich mal fragen wie kann…
Ich hab in den letzten wochen immer ein kaloriendefizit gehabt und dadurch auch abgenommen. Habe jedoch gestern und heute etwas mehr gegessen und auch ungesund. Nehme ich davon jetzt wieder zu? Und wie schnell wie viel? Lg und danke im Vorraus 🙂
Ist haltbar bis heute… riecht aber komisch oder ist das bei Rinderwurst normal? Ich esse kaum Fleisch, habe sie nur geholt, weil sie günstig war. Ich hab die Bratwürste klein geschnitten , innen drin sind die braun. Kann ich das noch essen, wenn ich es lange durchbrate?

Maybe you raised your brain? Maybe you don’t have time to eat and sling? Maybe you don’t enjoy your food because you say it’s bad to eat? Maybe you’re telling yourself that you really like this and that – best of all – nothing?
I can only guess.
So I eat at a normal speed and I like everything.
Now that I finally read your username, I know you’ve got something wrong. Your brain saved the wrong one. You can do that if you want to change something in your life.
I asked the questions because they interested me. And I don’t suffer either.
Read all your question about this topic. Everybody! And then start to reflect on yourself: Why did you ask all these questions? What was your reason?

Disturbing is not the right word. Your questions are a very clear statement: I need help and don’t get clear with my life.
Once you’ve realized this, you’ve successfully reflected yourself and can actively tackle it. Active! Not hoping for a miracle.

Do yourself a favor: Let your doctor advise you in detail. You could lead a healthy life. You just have to.

… but a bunch of people in the forum who constantly advise you the same. And you don’t listen because you want to hear something else.

Something wrong: You are convinced that it is good to eat little. And you’re just harming yourself with that. But you know that long ago – and don’t have to ask the most hundred-and-a-half question.
So finally work on yourself. Help yourself with psychological support from a therapist.
