As a rule, a purely positive Coronatest is no longer “sufficient” for travel cancellation insurance. Regardless of Corona, a travel cancellation insurance only pays for an “unexpected serious” disease. The doctor must generally determine that you are not travelable.

A flu with normal symptoms such as coughs/headaches/halfaches is usually not a recognised regression ground.

So it depends on how hard your condition is.

If you have completed a travel cancellation insurance, you can of course also use it. There is no general right to travel and has never been. These were offers from the travel agencies and it must be there.

No. Since no quarantine is required, it is not possible.

If you have a travel resignation, it’ll be fine.

Look into the small print of your travel cancellation insurance.

There should be Covid. If not, there’s nothing back.
