Dürften wir einen günstigen Flug und eine Unterkunft zusammenstellen, dies im Internet als eine Reise verkaufen?
Beispiel:
Eine Istanbulreise vom xx.xx.xxxx bis zum xx.xx.xxxx inklusive Hin- und Rückflug für 250€!
Jetzt kaufen!
Und im Anschluss die relevanten Daten von den Kunden aufnehmen bzw. der Kunde füllt diese Felder aus.
Sobald wir dies im Onlineshop einsehen, buchen wir alles entsprechend und schicken dem Kunden die Unterlagen entsprechend zu.
Ist das gesetzlich machbar? Gibt es etwas zu beachten?

Of course you smell it. You are then organizers of the respective package trip and are therefore liable against your customers when something goes into the pants. Your customers then turn to you, you have to afford and then you can try to keep you in front of the service provider.
One Travel security certificate of course you will also be able to satisfy your customers. So you need insurance.

In my opinion, however, you would be a tour operator and would have appropriate duties and rights without now having to comply with the law in detail! Because then it would be a “pauschalreise” because two independent services come together! In contrast to the individual journey you can naturally assemble! But I would, honestly, seek or contact a lawyer for travel law!
