Es kommt darauf an was ich damit zubereiten will.
Gibt es den Reis als Beilage, dann gebe ich Salz dazu.
Wird es ein Gericht mit Reis gemischt, dann nicht.
Ja, das Wasser leicht salzen, da ansonsten das Salz aus dem Reis ins Wasser geht und der Reis dann etwas wässeriger schmeckt…wie bei Nudeln…
Also ins kochwasser selbst kommt nie Salz. Wenn wird er nach dem Kochen gewürzt (und ja ggf auch mit etwas Salz)
Ich tuhe es nie saltzen, da man immer noch nachsalzen kann
