My job makes me happy. I don’t see the salary as motivation, I’m paid for my performance. Even if the payment could be better.

Pain money would in some cases be added. 🤣

I come with my salary (incl. surcharges, holiday and Christmas money, 13. Monthly salary ) is perfectly reasonable and can save more than half a month ðŸTM‚

I come well with 2300€ net but for the responsibility I have as a caregiver it is far too little.

I worked all day in a state education unit.

There I earned approx. 500 € monthly, the rest was pain money.

Money is not a motivation to do anything because I don’t go to work and get money from the state for free. 820€ monthly to be exact. I am a protected person and have the right to Free Money. Others go and get back problems and I laugh at them.

Nothing from both. I signed that I work x hours for xy money. I like the job, but whether I’m motivated or regenerated today has nothing to do with it.
