Registering a pensioner and business. Maximum limit, health insurance?
I'm retired and I give private lessons, which makes about €500 a month. Will this affect my health insurance?
If I register a business (small business) I can probably claim costs such as a home office.
Would I have to take out liability insurance?
Is there anything else to consider?
Thank you for your effort!
I am not a lawyer or tax advisor, but I can give you some information that I know:
In general, however, I would advise you to contact an expert in this area who can better assess the legal situation in order to leave as little room for surprises as possible.
Thank you very much! Very helpful!
Thank you, I'm glad 🙂

PS: No, I haven't heard of that. Does that apply to tutoring?

But this is probably not volunteer work
Thank you very much! Very helpful!
increased income = compulsory health insurance!
The commercially used – recognized – office can be included as a percentage.
Every citizen must have liability insurance!
You must first register your business and then earn money – not the other way around
Of course you have to report this to the health insurance company, it's logical
Just like the tax office
Okay, but I already pay my health insurance as a pensioner
