Regional directorate of the savings bank keeps calling?
Hello, I have a question about a number that keeps calling me. Online, it says it's the Stadtlohn regional branch of the Sparkasse, so I'm redirected to a website that seems legitimate. I have no idea what a regional branch is exactly. I'm actually with the Sparkasse Westmünsterland.
Since there are a lot of phishing calls, I wanted to ask if anyone knows why the regional directorate calls you. Are these calls extremely important? Can you ignore them, or is it usually safe or even very important to answer them? Also, the question is why the regional directorate called you.
Thank you very much!
That’s not a contradiction. The Sparkasse Westmünsterland has a regional directorate in Stadtlohn, see https://www.sparkasse-westmuensterland.de/en/home/service/filialfinder.html#/details/101180
Thank you, I missed that.
PS: Probably this “Regional Directorate” is from the former independent Sparkasse Stadtlohn in 2011 with the Sparkasse Westmünsterland has merged.
In order to get employees their jobs and customers their local contacts, the former seat of the Sparkasse Stadtlohn was apparently appointed “Regional Director”.
Find out the number of your bank and call it and ask what they want.
Hi, I don’t think these numbers are bullshit. You better control the numbers you saved and other calls you got there. You should just call back where the call recognition goes, remember Phishing.
Go ahead and make yourself stupid. If they want personal information, think something.
Fantastic names. Wrong account number, wrong PIN.
Or sign up
“Federal network agency, department for telephone fraud, my name is Karl Huckenmeier, what can I do for you?” It’s always fun. I do more often.
So you think that such calls could not be important information about my account, for example?
