I did this, but “regularly” is something much said. I’ve always looked at what’s going on in the labour market, and whether there’s something in my network that might interest me as the next step. I’ve always stayed 2-3 years.

  • You do something more often and learn new things
  • Little routine
  • Faster progress on career leaders if you do it right

Contra

  • Any changes, in particular at higher hierarchical levels
  • Öfter’s new colleagues and teams you get to know and integrate into
  • Little routine

Depends on how many times? A change too often and if you were in the respective companies for less than 1 year, it doesn’t make a good impression in the CV.

who has worked through the performance almost into the inventory of the company, changes very rarely . gets more even prokura .
