Reduce working hours to have more vacation – 75% position with 9 months full-time and 3 months off?

Hello,

I would like to have more vacation and wanted to ask if the following model is possible:

You reduce your position to 75%, but then work full-time for 9 months and have 3 months off.

Is something like that possible?

Thank you for your answers.

Theoretically yes, but in reality it will hardly want to join an employer.

This was most likely in jobs with seasonal work, where employees are not needed in the 3 free months.

Because as long as planned failures to bridge regularly, plus other employees who still fail due to illness and co. will be difficult in many jobs.

All right, all right. Must only find an employer who tastes this

It’s possible (almost) everything.

Depends on whether you find a job/employer where this is possible.

If you have Weselsky as a negotiator perhaps

Parttime in this form is only possible if the farm can offer a replacement for the rest of the season. If he had to hire a loan company, it will be at least twice as expensive.

If an employee is so dispensable, you can do without it.
