Red spots on the neck (slightly itchy)?

Hello, yesterday I noticed a lot of red spots on my neck. What immediately came to mind was that it could be skin fungus, since I went to the hairdresser a week or two ago. I googled it, and skin fungus looks a bit different from everyone else. Do you know what it is?

I don't want to go to the doctor right now.

I read that tea tree oil is supposed to help and have dabbed it on three times since yesterday.
