It depends. At 50kg, a can should be the maximum as it is, I don’t know anymore, but I think a can is okay. A friend of mine drinks a can every day and she’s still alive, I don’t think that’s a problem.

Three milligrams (max.) caffeine per kilogram of body weight per day is harmless.

Risks are: liver failure, liver cirrhosis or heart and circulation diseases

Guilt to this is the substance taurine that is ashamed of your liver there you could also drink alcohol every day that would have the same effect and would go faster. Your liver is there for detoxification and with the taurine it comes very difficult to clear

naja nutritionists do not necessarily have more evidence than studies. The taurine is harmless, is a fact. Do you or your mom have any sources?

If you drink a can every day, this is definitely not good for you after a certain time, due to the high sugar content.
