Reconfigure push tan?
I recently switched to a new cell phone and wanted to set up my online banking again, but I forgot my online banking PIN, so I requested a new one. This PIN arrived today. I tried to log in using the push tan, but after I entered my login name and online banking/opening PIN, I got this message: “Please first change your PIN in online banking. Otherwise, please contact your advisor.” I then logged into the Sparkasse app with my login name and opening PIN, where I was supposed to create a new online banking PIN (because the current one is from the letter from the Sparkasse and I should probably create my own). To do this, however, I have to confirm it in the push tan app, but I couldn't log into the push tan app to begin with.
Does anyone have a way to fix this problem?

Am besten löscht Du die App nochmal und installierst sie dann neu…
