Recommendation for photodiode that comes with calibration curve?

I urgently need a photodiode that operates in the 670 nm wavelength range and comes with a calibration curve (A/W) or quantum efficiency data so that I can use the measured photocurrent to determine the illuminance (mW/cm^2), i.e. the sum of the photon energy over a unit of time per area.

Does anyone have a purchase recommendation that doesn't exceed €50?

After a look at the commercial prices

I don’t think you’ll find something for €50.

calibrating itself by means of inexpensive measuring instruments should fail to show the inexpensive measuring instruments Lux and not mW/cm2.
