Right turn?
If I'm turning right and a car is coming towards me in the middle because it just avoided a parking space, who has the right of way? If I was turning right, should I have waited until the driver coming from the right had avoided the obstacle? Or should the driver going straight ahead have waited until I turned right?
If you turn right, the other one should realize that you’re right on his road when he’s still in front of the obstacle, he has to wait. If he’s already in the process of circumventing the obstacle you have to wait differently it’s not.
Nevertheless, mutual consideration is simply required in such situations.
In principle, of course, the one who has the obstacle on his side is liable to wait.
However, if the person is already passing and you only appear in his field of perception, ยง 11 para. 3 StVO:
How to get there?
if you can’t bend safely, you must wait.
