Since it is a parking lot, and the roads are not roads, but are used for the access to the parking bays, it is not valid on the right-hand side. I’ll copy the section on the left of kris73 here:

On public and supermarket parking the road traffic regulations (StVO), but not always the way to the right. It shall apply if the lanes are clearly visible and marked as roads.

But if the parking lot is a large area with parking bays and the lanes are only used for car search and ranking, car drivers cannot rely on it. Rather, they must respect each other take and agree in case of doubt by hand signs, who drives first. If an accident occurs, liability is usually split

Don’t you think the lanes are clearly recognizable?

Forget right-front links on parking. Just drive super-defensive and don’t bother anyone. In the end, you only have trouble and pay your own damage.

They are. What is this supposed to do with right-for-left? Please read again:

… if the parking lot is a large area with parking bays and the lanes are used only for car search and ranking, drivers cannot be called to it.

I don’t see a mark as a street. This would be, for example, a center line or a side marking that limits a lane. Here is a non-marked area, which only serves as access to the parking bays.

The BGH says there is no audit of the guilt on parking, who is standing, has no if both drive and there is banging 50/50.

I can confirm this from practice, just as experienced.

No, because it’s not a road in law.

When you drive to a car park, you will need to make sure that a sign is what you want when you get in; here are the traffic rules of the StVO .

Since when is that so and why does the BGH not know yet?

On parking, a guilt question is not resolved, each of which gets 50%, so the verdict when it bangs. If someone stands, he’s lucky, gets 100.

That’s not true, our driving schools teach what the BGH has sung out. On private plots shields can stand as much as the owner wants.

They do not come from the traffic authority, so they also have no validity.

In addition, the insurance will tell you what means 50/50, just ask your broker/consultant.

Good luck.

Looks like a parking lot for me. And there is usually the normal StVO. So yes – right front left.

Please read the article from the link of Kris73. Or the quote from it from my answer.

That’s true, but still there is a right in front of the left in an accident
