dignity
here right in front of left
there would be a street or would he have to wait?

What is “here“? And when where a street? On a photo of a stone edge?!?

How are there the rules of departure on your “conceived” roads that cannot be traced in the photo of a curbstone(!)?

Sorry, but you have to describe the whole situation and record a complete traffic situation with all traffic signs

On the picture is a b. to see. And what that means was described to you here, in your previous question:

You can only get out of an exit when it’s free. Even pedestrians must be given priority.

No still no RvL.

There can’t be a way to get out somewhere where a curb is located.

A subordinate road has virtually never before. an exit is then always to be considered subordinate.. and can not have a forward drive. Only exception: but is normally regulated with traffic lights: exits of rescue forces and firefighters.( Aside from the blue light..)

Looks like an exit from a plot or a traffic-paced road for me, and with that would be right-for-left here not apply.

Says: The vehicle that comes from this “road” would be subject to waiting!

But if you know better, just listen. Greetings and hope could help anyway.

If the curb was only lowered and not interrupted, then not. If the curb would go around the curve, yes.

This depends on whether the straight leading road is privileged, whether the side road is an equal road or not.

Crossing with curb edge has nothing to do with right in front left

Since your question from 11:00, the StVO has not been changed: still no RvL.

Imagine that there might also be corresponding traffic signs that regulate this.

because there is no lowered curb, there is nothing, neither ne street nor rvl
