Rechnung für Speisen höher als auf Speisekarte?

Einen schönen guten tag.

Wenn ich essen geh, und auf der Speisekarte beispielsweise eine Pizza für 10 Euro angeboten wird, ich diese bestelle, esse und auf der Rechnung eben diese Pizza für 15 Euro berechnet wird (aufgrund steigender Preise) und die Bedienung mich erst NACH dem Verzehr darauf hinweist, muss ich diese Differenz doch nicht einfach hinnehmen?

Würde die Bedienung mich in vorweg, bei Bestellung und Aushändigung der Karte über die preissteigung informieren, wäre das ein anderer Sachverhalt, richtig?

I guess they just want to save themselves the cost of changing all menus, or it could even go out on “Arglistige Täu……”.

Right. With the order of a court on the map (contract offer) and the delivery of the food (contract fulfillment), there was a legally valid contract. The contractual partner cannot now simply make a unilateral treaty change. Both contractors would have to agree first.

The contract would be ineffective, and it would possibly even be fraudulent deception. You don’t have to pay.
