Receiver not receiving signal?

Good morning,

Last night, my receiver lost its signal. Since this had been happening frequently (because the input cable runs under my desk), I tried plugging it back in, but the signal was still missing. I tried restarting it and leaving the cable in place for a few short moments, but it still didn't work. This morning, I pressed the info button, where the strength (with the cable) was displayed at 30%. Without the cable, it was 4%. The signal is still missing, indicating that there is no signal. Can anyone help me?
