Hello, I received a package from DHL without my consent. The sender's phone number didn't work online. I sent the package back. My emails announced the package was there. But where is the tracking number I should enter if I want to track it upon receipt?
And if I send it back, how long do I have to wait to be sure that the sender has accepted it?
